Bagoong Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head garlic, crushed
  • 1 pc med. onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger strips
  • 2 pc siling haba, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 cup ground pork
  • 3 tbsp bagoong alamang
  • 1 can (140g) Del Monte Original Style Tomato Sauce
  • 5 cups of rice

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, saute garlic, onion, ginger, sili and pork alamang.
  2. Add Del Monte Original Style Tomato Sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add rice and cook. Stirring for at least 2 minutes. Serve with green onions and egg strips on top.

  2. You have pretty good and easy to follow recipes. But I noticed that you always missed 1 step on the cooking procedure..ex:the ground pork on binagoongan rice and longanisa on the other pasta recipe (these 2 are just some of the examples, there are still few more to mention).Please double check the procedure before posting so people won’t totally get lost especially to those who doesn’t really cook.

  4. Best Fried Rice Recipe i’ve ever had. Easy to make and delicious. We are vegeterians so we left out the ham. Still delicious! Make a double batch as my family of four devoured the whole thing with no left overs
