Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 120 grams unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 pieces eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

Procedure:

  1. Pre -heat oven to 325�F. Line mini 3 inch pans with grease and paper.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla.
  3. Stir in eggs and mix until smooth, add dry ingredients.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Bake around 40-50 minutes.

Note:

You can top the brownies with ice cream, caramel sauce, or any types of fruits you want.
