 500g veal cutlet, sliced thin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
3/4 tsp curry powder
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 onions, diced
2 tbsp Carnation Evap
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 lemon, juiced

2 tbsp brandy
