Longganisa and Mushroom Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
350g uncooked fettuccine
350g Parma ham, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
250g fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/4 cup Carnation Evap
2 tbsp sour cream
Procedure:
Cook fettuccine until al dente.
