1 kg med. size squid, cleaned, ink sac and outer skin removed

1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped

Adobong Alimango (Stewed Mud Crabs) Recipe

Ingredients:

4 pcs large crabs
1/4 cup oil
1 head garlic, peeled and crushed
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup calamansi juiced
dash of AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
