Prawn and Mushroom Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
250g prawns, peeled and deveined, tail intact
350g straw mushrooms, halved
1 tbsp Thai green curry paste
1 tsp Thai patis
dash sugar
1 tbsp cooking oil
water
200ml coconut milk
50ml Carnation Evap
Procedure:
