Crab and Corn Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups corn kernels, fresh or frozen
5 cups chicken stock
1 cup Carnation Evap
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
salt
pepper
150g crab meat
5 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/3 cup thinly sliced spring onions
