Corned Tuna Tortang Talong Recipe

Ingredients:

1 can San Marino Corned Tuna
1 eggplant
1 egg
1/2 white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tbsp cooking oil

Procedure:

Grill eggplant over open fire and once cool, take skin off. Spread out and flatten the eggplant.

Veggies Sticks with three kinds of dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 carrot, cut into 2’ sticks
1 turnip cut into 2’ sticks
1 cucumber cut into 2’ sticks

DIP 1 - Ingredients:

Creamy cheddar cheese:
1/2 cup cheese whiz
1/4 cup Carnation Evap
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

In a small sauce pan heat Carnation Evap and cream.
Add cheddar cheese, continue stirring till smooth.
