Celery and Carrot Soup Recipe
This recipe is for those people who wants to lose pounds, it is for fat-burning dishes that you can make at home.
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, diced
- 7-8 celery stalks, washed and chopped
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Cilantro for garnish
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- Saute onions in olive oil. Add celery and carrots. Saute for another 5 minutes.
- Add vegetable stock. Cover and cook for another 8-10 mins.
- Puree in the blender until smooth. Add tomato puree and other spices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve in a shallow bowl. Add cilantro to garnish (and low fat milk:optional)
