Chicken Mechado Recipe

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast, cut into serving portions
  • 6 pcs sibuyang tagalog
  • 2 pcs potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 pc red bell pepper, cut into strips.
  • 1 pouch (200g) Del Monte Classic Mechado/Caldereta Recipe Sauce

Procedure:

  1. Simmer chicken in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add sibuyas tagalog, potatoes and bell pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  3. Add Del Monte Classic Mechado/Caldereta Recipe Sauce then simmer for another 5 minutes.
