Chicken Mechado Recipe
Ingredients:
- chicken breast, cut into serving portions
- 6 pcs sibuyang tagalog
- 2 pcs potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 pc red bell pepper, cut into strips.
- 1 pouch (200g) Del Monte Classic Mechado/Caldereta Recipe Sauce
Procedure:
- Simmer chicken in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes.
- Add sibuyas tagalog, potatoes and bell pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Add Del Monte Classic Mechado/Caldereta Recipe Sauce then simmer for another 5 minutes.
