Chilled Avocado Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 very ripe avocados
- 4 cups cold chicken stock
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
- A dash of Aji-No-Moto Umami Super Seasoning
- Salt and black pepper
- Ice cubes
- Sugar, to taste
- 4 paper-thin slices of lime, yoghurt and hot sauce for garnish
Procedure:
- Toss the avocado flesh into a food processor until it is pureed. You may also use a blender, but make sure you add the avocados one at a time to avoid overworking your blender.
- Add cold chicken stock, plain yoghurt, hot sauce, Aji-No-Moto Umami Super Seasoning, and sugar to taste.
- Continue to process the mixture and add more chicken stock and ice.
- Remember to serve this dish chilled
