Chilled Avocado Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 very ripe avocados
  • 4 cups cold chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
  • A dash of Aji-No-Moto Umami Super Seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 4 paper-thin slices of lime, yoghurt and hot sauce for garnish

Procedure:

  1. Toss the avocado flesh into a food processor until it is pureed. You may also use a blender, but make sure you add the avocados one at a time to avoid overworking your blender.
  2. Add cold chicken stock, plain yoghurt, hot sauce, Aji-No-Moto Umami Super Seasoning, and sugar to taste.
  3. Continue to process the mixture and add more chicken stock and ice.
  4. Remember to serve this dish chilled
