Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened cocomut
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cream
- 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Procedure
- Mix butter, cream and sugar in a bowl
- Mix baking powder, eggs cream and rum in a small bowl.
- Bake cream mixture for 20 minutes
- Melt remaining butter sugar and heavy cream for 2 minutes in a saucepan.
- Pour mixture over the baked cake
- Mix coconut shreds and walnuts on top of the cake and bake for 3 minutes
- Cool and enjoy the tasty Coconut Squares Muffins
