Corned Tuna Tortang Talong Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can San Marino Corned Tuna
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Grill eggplant over open fire and once cool, take skin off. Spread out and flatten the eggplant.
  2. Saute San Marino Corned Tuna in oil with onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Beat egg.
  4. Mix tuna mixture with the egg and arrange on top of eggplant.
  5. Pan fry the torta until egg mixture is solid on both sides.
