Corned Tuna Tortang Talong Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can San Marino Corned Tuna
- 1 eggplant
- 1 egg
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
Procedure:
- Grill eggplant over open fire and once cool, take skin off. Spread out and flatten the eggplant.
- Saute San Marino Corned Tuna in oil with onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Beat egg.
- Mix tuna mixture with the egg and arrange on top of eggplant.
- Pan fry the torta until egg mixture is solid on both sides.
