Pork Giniling w/ Quail Eggs Recipe
I was a kid when I saw this recipe from my lola. It is easy to prepare with hot rice.
Ingredients:
1 pc medium onion, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
2 pcs medium potatoes, finely cubed
2 pcs fresh carrots, finely cubed
1/2 tbsp ground pepper
1/2 kilo ground pork
