Chicken Castanets Recipe

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken, cut-up
2 tbsp Maggi Savor, Chili
cooking oil
1 medium onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, diced
1 pc chorizo de bilbao, cut-up (optional)
2 medium carrots, sliced1 1/2 inch diagonally
1 tbsp flour
1 pc Maggi Chicken Broth Cube dissolved in 2 cups of water
1 400g can button mushrooms
6 small tomatoes, peeled
salt
1 tbsp Maggi Savor, Chili
1 tsp dried thyme (optional)

Curried Sirloin Steaks Recipe

Ingredients:

 500g veal cutlet, sliced thin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
3/4 tsp curry powder
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 onions, diced
2 tbsp Carnation Evap
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 lemon, juiced
10 sprigs parsley, chopped
2 tbsp brandy

Procedure:

Season veal with salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp curry powder
Heat oil in a pan and brown veal slices on both sides.
