Japanese Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Japanese rice (Gohan or Prepared Rice)
dashi (if available)
chopped green leeks or chopped onion
prawn
pork
kimchi (if available)
Crab
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp oil
soy sauce
pepper and Ajinomoto

Procedure:

Heat oil in a frying pan, cook egg lightly. Set aside.
