Lemon Icy Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cans Carnation Evap
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 can Carnation Condensada
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 2 tsp unflavored gelatin

Procedure:

  1. Mix Carnation Evap, Carnation Condensada, sugar, gelatin and water together and simmer.
  2. Off heat, add lemon juice, zest and extract.
  3. Put ice cream in can and freeze.
  4. Check on ice cream after every 2 hours and stir. Continuously do this step until ice cream is set.
