Lemon Icy Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cans Carnation Evap
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cream
- 1 can Carnation Condensada
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp lemon extract
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
Procedure:
- Mix Carnation Evap, Carnation Condensada, sugar, gelatin and water together and simmer.
- Off heat, add lemon juice, zest and extract.
- Put ice cream in can and freeze.
- Check on ice cream after every 2 hours and stir. Continuously do this step until ice cream is set.
