Picadillo Recipe

Cooking Information:

  • Estimated Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kilo beef brisket, cubes
  • 3/4 kilo tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 medium potatoes, cubes
  • 6 small cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 medium onion, chopped
  • Salt

Procedure:

  • In a casserole, sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  • Cook until tomatoes are very soft.
  • Add meat with 8 cups water.
  • Simmer until meat is almost tender. Add potatoes until is done.
  • Season with salt.
