Piccadillo Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 head onion, minced
  • 3 pcs tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 - 3 pcs potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup malunggay leaves (optional)
  • 250 grams ground beef
  • beef stock/beef cubes
  • 1-2 pcs bay leaf
  • 1-2 pcs carrots, cut into small cubes (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  2. Add ground beef stir until cooked.
  3. Add beef stock, potatoes and bay leaf.
  4. Simmer until potatoes are cooked then add the malunggay leaves.
  5. Add fish sauce and pepper according to your taste.
