Piccadillo Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 head onion, minced
- 3 pcs tomatoes, chopped
- 2 - 3 pcs potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup malunggay leaves (optional)
- 250 grams ground beef
- beef stock/beef cubes
- 1-2 pcs bay leaf
- 1-2 pcs carrots, cut into small cubes (optional)
Procedure:
- Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Add ground beef stir until cooked.
- Add beef stock, potatoes and bay leaf.
- Simmer until potatoes are cooked then add the malunggay leaves.
- Add fish sauce and pepper according to your taste.
