Cooking Information:
- Estimated Time: 50 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3/4 kilo pork steak, sliced
- 1 tablespoon kalamansi
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced in rings
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
Procedure:
- In a bowl, marinate the pork steak with the kalamansi, garlic, soy sauce and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Put cooking oil in a kawali or wok, First, fry the pork steak in a medium fire, cook until the pork is brown. Set aside.
- Add the sliced onions, and marinated sauce then continue to cook for another minute.
- Place the pork steak in a platter together with the sauce then served with the hot plain rice.
