Prawn and Mushroom Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

  •  1/2 ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 250g prawns, peeled and deveined, tail intact
  • 350g straw mushrooms, halved
  • 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste
  • 1 tsp Thai patis
  • dash sugar
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • water
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 50ml Carnation Evap

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil using a wok.
  2. Saute ginger and garlic. Add the prawns to stir fry.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of water to refrain the prawn from sticking to the wok.
  4. Add in the mushrooms.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for a few minutes. Serve.
