Prawn and Mushroom Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 250g prawns, peeled and deveined, tail intact
- 350g straw mushrooms, halved
- 1 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 1 tsp Thai patis
- dash sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- water
- 200ml coconut milk
- 50ml Carnation Evap
Procedure:
- Heat oil using a wok.
- Saute ginger and garlic. Add the prawns to stir fry.
- Add 1 tbsp of water to refrain the prawn from sticking to the wok.
- Add in the mushrooms.
- Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for a few minutes. Serve.
