Sopa de Fideos Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup ground pork
- 1 1/2 garlic
- 4 cups broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pkg fideos (vermicelli)
- 1 pc scrambled egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Procedure:
- Saute garlic, onions and ground pork
- Cook well and add broth and bring to a boil.
- Add pepper and fideos till done. Add scrambled eggs. Serve.
