Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lbs. of chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 cup soy sauces
- 1 to 2 bay leaves (laurel)
- 1 teaspoons peppercorns (paminta), crushed
- 1/2 cup of vinegar
- 2 to 8 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons of cooking oil
- 1/2 cup of water
- potatoes, quartered (optional)
Procedure
- In a hot cooking pot, sauté garlic and onions in a cooking oil
- Combine chicken, water, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves and potatoes.
- Place in a large fire until boiling, stir occasionally and simmer for 30 minutes.
