Truly Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 150g dark chocolate bar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups Carnation Evap
  • Marshmallows
  • Cinnamon

 Procedure:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream to scalding until tiny bubbles form around the edge of the pan.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate pieces until they have melted and mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and vanilla and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour in the Carnation Evap.
  5. Return the saucepan to the stove and heat on medium until the mixture is hot and steaming without boiling.
  6. Top with marshmallows and a dash of cinnamon.
