Veggies Sticks with three kinds of dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot, cut into 2’ sticks
  • 1 turnip cut into 2’ sticks
  • 1 cucumber cut into 2’ sticks

DIP 1 - Ingredients:

  • Creamy cheddar cheese:
  • 1/2 cup cheese whiz
  • 1/4 cup Carnation Evap
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. In a small sauce pan heat Carnation Evap and cream.
  2. Add cheddar cheese, continue stirring till smooth.
  3. Serve.

DIP 2 - Ingredients:

  • Spinach dip:
  • 1/2 cup spinach, blanched, shocked, squeezed, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Carnation Evap
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Serve.

DIP 3 - Ingredients:

  • Citrus cream cheese dip
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Carnation Evap

Procedure:

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Serve.
