Veggies Sticks with three kinds of dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot, cut into 2’ sticks
- 1 turnip cut into 2’ sticks
- 1 cucumber cut into 2’ sticks
DIP 1 - Ingredients:
- Creamy cheddar cheese:
- 1/2 cup cheese whiz
- 1/4 cup Carnation Evap
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- In a small sauce pan heat Carnation Evap and cream.
- Add cheddar cheese, continue stirring till smooth.
- Serve.
DIP 2 - Ingredients:
- Spinach dip:
- 1/2 cup spinach, blanched, shocked, squeezed, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Carnation Evap
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Blend all ingredients.
- Season to taste.
- Serve.
DIP 3 - Ingredients:
- Citrus cream cheese dip
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 cup Carnation Evap
Procedure:
- Blend all ingredients.
- Season to taste.
- Serve.
